House Rules and Requests
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED!
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED!
- Person other than those in the booking guest party may ot stay overnight in the property. Any other on the premises is the sole responsibility of the booking guest.
- All units are privately owned; owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the booking guest. By accepting this rental, it is agreed that all the guests are assuming risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Keep the property and all the furnishings in good order. DO NOT move the furniture and bedding around the house. Only use appliances for their intended use.
- Housekeeping > There is no daily housekeeping service available. Washer and dryer with products is available for your stay.
- Parking for 4 vehicles only is available on the left side of the home (carport). Downstairs tenants have right side for parking. Be courteous and keep your vehicles on left side and use the carport. Street’s parking is NOT ALLOWED and subject to fines, fees or towing.
- Kitchen trash can with extra bags are under the island. Garbage pickup are on Tuesday and Friday. Dispose of your garbage bags in the brown/green rolling trash can located in the carport. Please be courteous and dispose of your garbage on the schedule by taking garbage cans to the curb.
- Remember to respect downstairs unit renters. Do not allow children to run, jump and horseplay in upstairs unit A. Your time here will be respectful by downstairs as well. Please hold noise, especially late night to proper levels.
- Gas grill with ample gas is provided on upper deck. Please use with care and safety. Cover is located in deck storage box.
- Ceiling fans except for master bedroom are controlled with remote controls. Please identify them on arrival and leave them in their proper rooms on departure.
- LINENS > Extra linens are located in the wicker trunks at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom. Extra pillows, sheets, comforters, and blankets are located in closets of the bedroom at the end of the hallway. Please put the sheets on the daybed in the sunroom.
