Our family always believed that making memories is an essential part of life’s journey! What better memories if one who loves the beach, than having a perfectly located beach house to create those memories. That vision was realized by my parents Charlie and Susie Rowland of Glennville, GA who purchased this home in 1982. They wanted a special place for the entire family to create memories on special occasions and even the simplest beach weekend stays. We honor their lives and memory by celebrating life and creating special family memories here on the 12th street. Whether it’s one of the major holidays or a create memories. Charlie and Susie would love it!
