Check out Procedures

Check out is promptly 11 am or before.
Before leaving, please leave all beds which were used unmade with sheets, pillowcases, and towels left on the floor. If you were kind enough to wash and dry the linens or towels, we THANK YOU, but please try to fold them.
Kindly make sure the kitchen has been cleared of dirty dishes and trash. Lead dishwasher with all remaining dirty items and run it on the normal cycles. Dishwasher pods are located under sink.
Make sure all windows are closed and locked.
Please put thermostat on 80 when AC was used and 60 when heating has been used.
Properly dispose of all garage and take all trash bags to the rolling can in carport.
Turn off all lights and ceiling fans and make sure fan remotes are in proper rooms.
THANK YOU again if you’ve been able to keep the floors vacuumed!
Make sure the (2) front door keys are hung back on the key rack at front door. Again, make sure the original entry front door key has been returned to lockbox on staircase. Please confirm front door and lockbox are locked.
